Tea Box
Is based on an old sewing box from the 1800’s the box has been subtly reengineered to carry equipment for the Japanese tea ceremony. Opening the box becomes part of the ritual, each step reveals a new layer. When opened it folds into a small table for preparing tea, a perfect portable tea room for those with limited space or the desire to enjoy a bowl of tea in the great outdoors. Tea Scoop Box
This small box is designed to hold the bamboo tea scoop used in the tea ceremony. it is held together by a long cord which wraps around it and cleats into the end of the box, the grain of the wood matches the curve of the scoop. Madrone.
